Step by step

  1. 1. Account & sign-in

    Sign-in code (15 min expiry) when you log in. Welcome email on first successful sign-in with links to My Plan and tools.

  2. 2. Planning reminders

    Weekly or monthly nudges if you enabled reminders and have an active corridor plan. Sent by server cron (`/api/cron/plan-reminders/`).

    Optional emails after eligibility quiz, best-country matcher, cost calculator, or Ask MigrantIQ chat transcript — only when you request them.

  4. 4. Expert inquiries

    When you contact an expert from the directory, you get a confirmation email; our team receives an operations copy. MigrantIQ does not process visa payments.

  5. 5. Newsletter & alerts

    Subscribing to migration alerts sends a welcome email. Future alerts cover scams, law changes, and visa news where configured.

  6. 6. Reports you submit

    Scam and inaccuracy reports go to our operations inbox; you do not receive a duplicate unless the form says otherwise.
