Targeted Passport Eligibility and Qualifying Criteria
Under the updated 2026 policy, passport holders from Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, the Philippines, Kenya, and South Africa are granted UAE visa-on-arrival privileges for stays of 14 or 60 days . To qualify, individuals must hold a valid, Active Residence Permit or permanent residency issued by one of nine global tier-1 jurisdictions: the United States, EU Member States, the United Kingdom, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, or Canada .
