Afghanistan's embassy in Stockholm is the only Afghan representation located in Sweden. The Afghan embassy in Stockholm was established in 2014. The Afghan embassy is one of 290 foreign representations in Sweden, one of 144 foreign representations in the city of Stockholm and one of 63 Afghan diplomatic and consular representations located abroad. Sweden does not currently have an embassy or a consulate in Afghanistan.
