Building the dataset
We need at least 20 approved community reports per visa before publishing observed processing windows. As more users track their applications in My Plan, this page will populate with real data.
How this data is collected
- Self-reported: Users voluntarily submit their application timeline through the My Plan tracker.
- Moderated: Each submission is reviewed before it counts toward published statistics.
- Anonymous: No personal identifiers are stored — only the timeline and visa category.
- Updated nightly: Aggregations refresh daily based on approved reports.
These observations help applicants set realistic expectations. For official processing estimates, always refer to the relevant immigration authority.
