Step by step
1. Browse experts by country
Expert profiles are grouped by destination country. Read bios, languages, and specialties before contacting anyone.
Expert directory2. Send an inquiry (free)
Use the contact form on a profile and/or visit their website. MigrantIQ does not process visa service payments — you arrange fees directly with the professional. Only approved, verified listings with an active paid period appear publicly.
3. Apply for a listing (professionals)
Licensed consultants email credentials to info@migrantiq.com. See listing standards for accepted regulators and tiers.
Apply for listing4. Listing payment
After approval, pay by Wise or Payoneer using instructions we email you. No Stripe, no card checkout, and no application fee on the website.
Listing standards5. Check reviews
Published reviews are moderated. Treat them as signals, not guarantees. Confirm credentials with official regulators (RCIC, OISC, MARA, etc.).
6. Read scam alerts
Before paying any agent, check scam pages for your destination. Report new patterns via contact if needed.
Scam alerts7. Run the scam pattern checker
Paste the message, offer, or suspicious URL you received. The tool matches keywords or hostname tokens against published scam alerts for a quick red-flag screen (not a guarantee).
Scam checker8. Report a misleading expert listing
Use the report page if credentials look wrong or expired. We may suspend listings pending regulator verification.
